The bespoke kitchen showcases a large island with breakfast bar, double fridge/freezers, twin ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, and a GRIND coffee machine, all styled with elegant Soho Home dining sets.
A fully equipped utility room offers additional convenience with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and second dishwasher.
At the centre, a generous dining table seats ten in comfort, while French doors open directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The Living Space
The sitting room centres around a striking Cotswold stone fireplace with a double-sided wood burner, warming both the lounge and the snug. The snug offers entertainment for all ages, from Xbox and PlayStation to family board games.
SONOS speakers provide the soundtrack to your stay, while underfloor heating keeps the ground floor warm and inviting.
A spacious study provides a peaceful workspace or quiet reading spot, while a convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs, five elegant bedrooms are designed for restful nights and peaceful mornings, each furnished with luxurious Hypnos or Simba mattresses, bespoke blackout Roman blinds, sumptuous White Company linens & towels, and toiletries. TVs are provided in all bedrooms except Bedroom 5.
Master Suite – Super king bed, dressing room, ensuite with freestanding tub + walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 – Zip-and-link super king or twins, with sole use of nearby bathroom down the hall.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 – King beds with ensuite showers.
Bedroom 5 – King bed with ensuite including bathtub.
Three travel cots and two fold-out beds for children are available on request.

Other Things to Note
Children and babies are warmly welcomed. We offer children’s dinnerware, cutlery, cups, plus two highchairs. We have three travel cots for infants and two small fold-out beds can also be hired for young children’s sleeping arrangements if needed.
Housekeeping and linen change services are available on request, subject to availability and a supplementary fee.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Willowbrook House by prior request (small fee applies). A welcome pack, bowls, and towels are provided to make their stay as comfortable as yours. Please note, the garden is not fully enclosed, so dogs should not be left unattended outdoors.
We do not accept stag or hen parties.
Though private, Willowbrook is in a peaceful hamlet near other homes, so we ask guests to please respect our neighbours.
The property is secured with external CCTV and an ANPR security gate.
Guests have private access to the entire main house. The property is approached via a shared driveway, which also leads to a detached two-bedroom cottage and garages. The cottage is occasionally used by the owners but never while guests are staying—unless specifically arranged in advance.
For long stay guests, the cottage (with two additional bedrooms) can be rented alongside the main house at an extra cost.
